Circuit Training
Circuit Training is a fast-paced, full-body workout where you move through a series of exercises with short rest breaks in between. It’s designed to improve both strength and fitness in one session.
All fitness levels are welcome, and exercises can be adapted to suit everyone.

Pilates is a low-impact, full-body workout designed to improve strength, flexibility, and posture while promoting mind-body connection. This class focuses on core stability, controlled movements, and breathwork, making it perfect for all fitness levels.
